Film Buff Productions

Film Buff was formed in early 1996, drawing on a regular group from diverse backgrounds that aims to produce quality material in all genres; documentary, short film, corporate video and feature length productions.

Beyond these traditional filmmaking pursuits we are also researching new technologies such as CD-ROM and Internet marketing.

Our product base is twofold:

We operate a full creative wing to develop concepts to production level.

Our job is to make the film form answer conceptual demands, with several scripts currently in development.

We presently utilize external post-production facilities.

With a strong tradition in documentary film production we offer various services including script editing and production management packages.

From our trans-Tasman production base (we maintain an office in Sydney and have official co-production representation in Christchurch) we can cover a wide range of locations.

We are familiar with a variety of specializing shooting techniques, from aerial mounting to studio lighting. For assignments that demand further personnel we can co-ordinate production requirements as necessary.
